PRIVATE MEETING ROOMS
Available for USD $3,000 per day
Private meeting rooms are meeting rooms conveniently located down the hall from the exhibition area. These rooms will provide exhibitors a designated area for product demonstrations, physician meetings and discussions in a private room located near the exhibit hall. A selection of beverages, coffee, tea and catering is available for an additional fee.
LEARNING THEATER
Sponsorship Available for USD $8,500
Learning Theater presentations give industry an opportunity to present information on products and services to ISAKOS attendees in a mini-theater setting within the Exhibit Hall. 20–30-minute time slots will be held during break times in the Exhibit Hall.
WIRELESS INTERNET
Sponsorship Available for $20,000
Provide wireless internet for Congress attendees to use during the Congress. The sponsor will receive recognition through signage on-site at the Congress.
MORNING COFFEE AND AFTERNOON REFRESHMENTS
Sponsorship Available for $8,000 per day
Coffee and refreshments are offered to the Congress registrants every morning and afternoon in the Exhibit Hall, allowing them to walk around and visit with exhibitors. The sponsor receives a name and logo in the Program Guide, on signage in the break area and may supply cups and napkins imprinted with the corporate logo.
VIRTUAL ADVERT
Advertise on screens strategically placed at registration, meant to increase your exposure to all attendees upon check in. Sponsorships are available for Static Images or Video (max 30 seconds).

ROOM KEYS AT HEADQUARTERS HOTEL
Available for $17,500
At check-in, each attendee receives two room keys. Remind them of your company repeatedly throughout the meeting by placing your logo on their hotel room key!

COAT/LUGGAGE CHECK

Located in the convention center is a complementary coat/luggage check for the attendees. Sponsor’s corporate or product logo is shown on signage at coat/ luggage check.

Banner for the prepaid registration stations – Company message incorporated within the Congress branding.

The welcome reception will be held the first day of the Congress, Sunday May 30. All attendees, faculty and industry partners are welcome to gather for an evening of networking and connecting with colleagues from around the world.

REGULATIONS
Please note that it is the Exhibitors’/ Supporters’ responsibility to comply with the local authority’s regulations, EFPIA (European Federation of Pharmaceuticals Industries & Associations), Medtech Europe (represents Medical Technology industry) and IFPMA (International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers & Associations) Code of Practice on the promotion of medicines. Failure to comply with these regulations may not be used as a ground to declare the contract void. Failure to comply with the rules and regulations will not expose the Organizer to any suits, demands by the Exhibitor/Supporter or any other third party.
