Registration Fees
All prices are given in US dollars. Fees apply to payments received prior to the indicated deadlines. Please note: Registration will not be processed until payment is received.

*Active, Associate, and Emeritus Members Only. Members are required to have paid all dues owed to ISAKOS. If dues are not paid prior to registering, they will be requested at the time of registration.
**Allied Health and Medical Student/Resident/Fellow Registrants must provide proof of status prior to picking up their badge onsite. Those who are unable to provide proof of status will be asked to pay the full registration price onsite.
†Exhibitor representative must provide proof of affiliation (business card) with the exhibiting company and a photo ID in order to receive their badge onsite. Badges will not be given to anyone other than the individual named on the badge.
§ Full Congress registration required for add on. Accompanying Persons registration is limited to guests of Congress attendees and provides access to the Exhibit Hall, Opening Ceremony, and Welcome Reception only. Access to Congress scientific sessions or other events is not included.
Fees for Participants include:
- Participation in all scientific sessions including Meet the Expert Sessions, Lunch Time Sessions, Instructional Course Lectures (ICLs). Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Attendance at the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
- Access to the Exhibition Area
- Refreshments during coffee breaks as indicated in the program.
Payment Methods:
Attendees may register for the 2027 ISAKOS Congress online using their credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa). Simply follow the instructions on our secure site to register.
Please note: Registration will not be processed until payment is received.
Registrants can pay for their registration fees in two ways: credit card or bank transfer.
- Credit Card – American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa are accepted. Please note that a 4% surcharge will apply to all credit card payments. The full amount will be charged immediately upon completion of the registration.
By Bank Transfer:
- An additional $30 handling fee is required.
- Please ensure that the name of the participant is stated on the transaction draft.
- Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.

- Outstanding payments will be collected onsite and charged the onsite rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.
Cancellation Policy
Note: In case of cancellation at any stage, the bank transfer administration fee ($30) will not be refunded – applicable to bank transfer payments only.
- Cancellations received up and including December 31, 2026 – full refund
- Cancellations received between January 1, 2027 to May 6, 2027 – 50% will be refunded
- From May 7, 2027 – no refund will be made
