Located approximately 8 km from Sydney’s CBD, the airport offers convenient connections to ICC Sydney via train, light rail, taxi, rideshare and private transfer.

Getting Around Sydney
Sydney has an extensive and reliable public transport network.
- Light Rail – ICC Sydney is located directly adjacent to Exhibition Centre and Convention Light Rail stops.
- Train – Town Hall and Central Stations are approximately a 10-minute walk from ICC Sydney.
- Ferry – Ferries connect Circular Quay, Barangaroo and Darling Harbour throughout the day.
- Taxi & Rideshare – Taxi ranks and rideshare collection points are conveniently located around ICC Sydney.
Practical Information
Weather
The Congress will be held during Sydney’s autumn, when temperatures are generally mild and comfortable.
Typical temperatures range from 11°C–20°C. We recommend bringing light layers, a jacket for evenings, comfortable walking shoes, and an umbrella for occasional showers.
